Preparation is key!
Pretty much my diet for the next 4 months.
- Breakfast: 1 cup of Plain oatmeal no sugar, cinnamon for flavor
- 2-3 meals of 1 cup brown rice, 5oz Chicken, and some broccoli OR 2 cups whole wheat pasta w/ 6oz Lean ground beef
- 4 egg white omelet OR Tuna and broccoli
